Serving the Fort Berthold ReservationWelcome to the Fort Berthold District Court; the Three Affiliated Tribes Business Council established the Fort Berthold Judiciary in its modern form through the enactment of Title 1 of the Tribal Code in 2015. The Tribe’s Constitution vests legislative and judicial power in the Council, but the Council may “delegate to the Tribal Court such judicial power and authority as may be necessary.”
